Form C (Congregational Statistical Return) and Form E (O&N Return) have been superseded.
Those old forms have been consolidated and reformatted into a single digital form known as the Charge Ministry Form ›
If required, a paper version of the new Charge Ministry Form is available on request by contacting Church Office
Each congregation has been sent information regarding the completion of the new Charge Ministry Form. You can commence your 2024 return using the Charge Ministry Form › Also see the checklist of information › required to complete the Charge Ministry Form.
